View the "BEST IN THE BUSINESS" 

Dianne Kessler has been honored by QSC in the latest issue of The Real Estate Professional magazine.  “The Best in the Business” ad recognizes the top 260 real estate professionals across North America, out of our 25,000 plus membership base. Eligibility was based on a combination of three things: Customer Satisfaction Rating, number of surveys sent, and number of returned surveys. Dianne Kessler and the other real estate professionals in this group (from January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006) had a minimum of 8 returned surveys and averaged 30+ closed transactions, 90% of which had a perfect 5.0 CSR; several had over 100 transactions during the eligibility period.

Being included in this list is a remarkable achievement, and QSC is pleased to provide this recognition to those who offer the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry.

These real estate professionals with an average of 30+ annual transactions are the “best of
the best” in North America as reflected by their independently validated records of perfect
or near perfect service and customer satisfaction. The ultimate definition of service excellence
is less a reflection of how many are served as it is how well each is served.
